How to value wine for insurance purposes?

I recently lost all my wine to a fire. While I didn't have anything super expensive I did have a decent collection of Sonoma wines from the 80s and 90s. As well as a good chunk of wine from 2005 – 2013. Most of the wine I had was from a winery that was recently sold (I tend to drink wine as I get it but was holding on to these since it was my favorite winery) so I can't call them up and ask how much it would cost to replace my bottles.

I have the retail prices for what the bottles cost at the time I got them, but no idea what they would cost to replace today.
