What nutrients are depleted the most, if you drink RED wine on regular basis?
I have googled it and the answer was pretty much 'everything' or 'magnesium'. I'm talking specifically red wine, no other kind of alcohol. Red wine lovers should know what supplements to add to their diet. Thank you in advance!
