Choosing champagne for a proposal

I'm planning on proposing to my girlfriend on holiday in India at the end of September and I would like to do it over a glass of champagne. I'd like it do be a rose because its the colour of love obviously.

I'm planning on bringing a long a bottle of 2006 Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Rose. I also found a 2005 Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Autumn Edition.

Has anyone had experience with the latter? Was it good? As its a limited edition I thought it'd be ideal as then we'd never be able to have it again. The alternative was Krug Rose, but thought it rather dull. Does anyone have any recommendations? Or should I with with the belle epoque?
