Bought a Super Tuscan bottle in Florence meant to last 50-60 years. Tips?
The wine maker said this family of wines was made to last 50-60 years as long as it's stored in a cool dark place, and rotated once a month. This winery has been around for 15 generations and over 300 years so I'm trusting their advice.
I am reading online that rotating isn't good for the wine as it disturbs it. Does anyone have real world experience with keeping a wine for a very long period or with doing regular rotations.
