Hello, for the past couple years I have been drinking more and more wine, I am a level one cicerone and have dabbled with the idea of starting to get certified as a sommelier. I have watched the more popular documentaries on Netflix and seen sommelier's talking about blending wines at home to replicate some rarer wines, or at least wines from different eras. I was wondering if anyone could point in the right direction to where I could get some of these recipes. Just trying to have some fun at home and see if we can taste what a 18th century Bordeaux might taste like. stuff like that. Thanks.
