Chilean Wine and Mass Production?
I was at a party a couple of weeks ago and someone mentioned Chilean wine being notorious for mass-production from industrial scale vineyards. I tried looking into this and couldn't find anything… has anyone here heard comparable criticism or have some more information?
Also aware that the remark raises questions about what level of production is favoured and at what point production becomes too large for the sake of quality or other wine attributes… any thoughts on this?
