Suggestion wine – survive storage at least 16 years
I bought 6 bottles of Burgundy wine (Premier & Grand Cru) a couple of years back to store until my son is 18 years old and allowed to drink (or sell them if he likes). That was back in 2012.
Now I've got a second son, and I want to do the same for him (born 2015). Any suggestions to Burgundy (or other) wines that are supposed to be okay, and likely to be drinkable in 16 years time given proper storage?
I live in Norway, it's fairly easy to place orders (on wines currently not in their selection) at the state-run wine and liquor outlets. Here's the webpage for the vinmonopolet.
Any help is appreciated. I.e. 3 different kinds in mid to mid-high ($150?) cost range.
