Looking for some tips on how to keep wine from spoiling at outdoor tasting events in hot weather.
We just started selling our wines at our local farmers market and this weekend it's supposed to get up to 98f. The market ends at 1:30pm so most of it won't be in the heat of the day, but I'm still concerned about spoilage. Bringing actual refrigeration is not really an option at this point. The only thing I can think of are coolers, or only partially filling cases and placing ice packs inside them, and maybe covering with a tarp or some such. What do people usually do in this kind of situation?
