Opinions on duplicate producers on a medium (100+) list?
So I've come into a wine director position at a small, but busy, local restaurant in a suburb of a major metropolitan city on the east coast after 8+ years in the industry. I want to continue to provide a wide range of options, but I've recently fallen in love with a particular producer. I'm only considering 2 white by the bottle slots. This may be a silly question, but I really value feedback. Thanks!
