Alternative titles for the “Interesting Reds/Whites” of a menu
Thanks in advance for any help.
Struggling to think of any less terrible names for the graveyard of a section that the "Interesting Red/Whites" becomes.
Too often it becomes a dumping ground for old vintages, red blends and anything not from California and the sales of those products go stagnant.
In helping the restaurants around me (lightly behind the trends Midwest market) I'd like to recommend a better title for those sections. I am just curious to see how you all handle those "catch all" sections at the end of the list and how it could be rebranded.
