I'm a rather novice wine drinker, but last night was drinking a 2014 Fronsac. Not high end, but still of good quality. I could not get over an over-bearing taste of play-doh (just on palate). Is this a common taste to pick out? And if so, I'm wondering if it commonly goes noticed but is just called something else in a more 'formal' vocabulary.
