Serious Zin Rosé?
I was listening to an essay on the history of zinfandel in the US, and, of course, the story of white zinfandel came up, and it occurred to me that I have had a lot of great pink wine made with the juice bled off of big reds, and it could be possible to do this in a serious way with zin.
Does anyone know of any producer making some serious pink juice from zinfandel?
