1976 Barolo advice
We have a private party at my work and someone is bringing two bottles of 1976 Barolo.
Just looking for some advice on serving. I've got an ah-so to open with. Just wondering how long to sit the bottle for sediment to settle once it's moved here and whether to decant first to breath or just to remove sediment?
